Programmers and client service representatives play an integral part in day-to-day customer support, building new products, and improving existing applications. This team of programmers, implementation and support people represents 90% of the Company's total number of employees.

The Company works hard to recruit the best candidates and retain and reward its employees. Candidates with strong accounting and local government backgrounds are preferred. Nearly all the current customer service representatives and many of the implementers have worked for cities or special districts.
